Andrew Pendleton is the National Practice Leader for Turnarounds & Restructurings at SeatonHill. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Finance for Gryphon Healthcare and Texas Emergency Care Center from January 2017 to December 2021. Andrew has also worked as Interim Financial Management & Consulting / Turnaround & Restructuring Services for Baker Tilly US (Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP) from January 2013 to December 2017.

Andrew has experience working with high-growth and underperforming or distressed entities, companies experiencing a critical gap in financial or leadership capabilities, and organizations dealing with mergers & acquisitions or financing needs. Andrew has also provided financial turnaround services for a distressed healthcare company, served as Interim CFO for a distressed oilfield services manufacturing and mining company, and led a team providing Interim CFO and financial advisory services for a distressed oilfield services trucking, construction, and rental services company.

In addition to their work experience, Andrew is also a member of MCG In Transition, a networking group of executives seeking new employment opportunities, and they run a networking group for C-level executives and entrepreneurs.

Andrew Pendleton has a MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a BA from Texas A&M University, and a certification from Duke University as a Certified Public Accountant. Andrew also has a certification from the Turnaround Management Association as a Certified Turnaround Advisor.
