Bill Keys

Bill Keys is the current partner at SeatonHill and was previously the CEO of Preferred Homecare / Lifecare Solutions from February 2015 to April 2019. Before that, they were the CFO of Genezen Healthcare, Inc. from May 2005 to December 2008 where they oversaw Infusion Therapy Services. From March 2004 to May 2004, they were a Consulting CFO for Texas Home Health and then they became the Chief Financial Officer of EMSI in May 2019 where they stayed until July 2020. Bill has an extensive background in different financial positions and has been working in the field for many years.

The educational career for Bill Keys would include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Manitoba, as well as certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and certification from The Society of Management Accountants of Ontario as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
