John Harrell

John Harrell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO Partner at SeatonHill Partners since January 2025, John contributes to the firm's reputation as the fastest-growing CFO services provider in the nation. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at J-Ventures LLC from June 2015 to December 2024, John specialized in delivering fractional CFO, Controller, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services to startups and small to midsize companies. Earlier roles include Vice President & Lead Analyst at Citi from June 2009 to January 2012, where John focused on balance sheet variance analysis, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Florida Bank Group and First Tuskegee Bank, managing financial and strategic operations and preparing regulatory reports. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama and an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
