Mo Darbo

Mo Darbo is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Escalation Engineer at Sentry Computing since September 2025. In parallel, Mo has been a Canon Crewmember with the Army National Guard since July 2020, contributing to the operational effectiveness of infantry and tank units. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager at Greene IS from February 2018 to July 2025, where Mo ensured the effective delivery of IT services and maintained strong client relationships. Prior experience also encompasses positions such as System Administrator/Team Lead and System Administrator II (Escalations), focusing on complex technical support and service desk operations. Mo began a career in IT as a Help Desk Engineer and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS-T degree in Computer Security & Network Technology from Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
