Matt Ashworth

Matt Ashworth is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Senior Vice President at WE Communications in Seattle since January 2017, Matt leads initiatives for major global brands and innovative local companies. Previously, leadership roles included Vice President at Porter Novelli, where Matt directed the Seattle Technology practice, and Sr. Manager of Communications at T-Mobile USA, where Matt established the company's first public relations program for business-to-business offerings. Matt's early career includes key positions in marketing communications and public information, along with service on the Board of Directors for the Many Lights Foundation. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Pacific Lutheran University and is currently pursuing studies in Communication Leadership at the University of Washington.
