Tamara Marcano, MBA, PhD St, is a seasoned professional in the culinary and hospitality fields, currently serving as the Business Owner of Sweet Lab by Tamara Marcano since 2018, specializing as a pastry chef and sugar artist. As an active faculty member at the Universidad Ana G. Méndez - Campus Virtual and Sistema Universitario Ana G.
