Benoit Marie

Benoit Marie is an accomplished industrial operations executive with extensive experience in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction within major multinational companies. As the VP of Industrial Operations Cookware at Groupe SEB since June 2023, Benoit oversees the manufacturing processes. Previously, Benoit served as Group Quality VP and held several leadership roles at Essilor Group from October 2013 to July 2023, focusing on quality advancements in the optical industry, overseeing Asia operations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the global manufacturing footprint. Benoit's experience also includes senior positions at Faurecia, managing operations in France and South America, and prior leadership roles in production at BTR and Automobiles Peugeot. Benoit holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Centrale Lyon and has additional executive education from IFG and INSEAD.
