Eric Marchal has over two decades of experience in research and innovation, primarily with Groupe SEB since December 2004, where Eric serves as Chef de Groupe Recherche / Innovation. Responsibilities include managing teams of 2 to 10 members, defining and deploying new technological components for competitive product development, and ensuring product performance in collaboration with industrial teams.
