Gilly Cai

Gilly Cai serves as the Accounting Global Process Owner at Groupe SEB since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing AP accounting processes, coordinating AP accounting communities across six Shared Services Centers, and preparing tenders for new accounting tools. Previously, Gilly Cai held the role of Financial Controller EMEA, focusing on consolidating financial data for the EMEA region and delivering high-quality reporting recognized by top management. Gilly Cai also worked as a Group Internal Auditor and held various positions at EY as a Senior Consultant in Risk and Senior External Auditor, managing teams and conducting internal controls assessments and audits across multiple sectors. Gilly Cai began a career in construction as a Works Supervisor Assistant and earned an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie.
