Patrick Mazard has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Patrick began their career as an HR Analyst at Sudameris in 1989 and then moved on to various HR Manager positions at Philips from 1991 to 1999. In 1999, they became an HR Manager at Bel. From 2001 to 2012, they held HR Manager and Director roles at Calor, where they implemented various strategies to enhance competitiveness and growth. In 2013, they joined Groupe Seb France as an HR Director for their commercial subsidiary, and in 2016, they became the VP of Human Resources for Groupe SEB Latin America, where they spearheaded a complete overhaul of the organization and redefined HR policies for the region.
Patrick Mazard has a diverse education history. In 1981, they obtained a Diploma of "Sciences-Po Bordeaux" in political and social sciences from Sciences Po Bordeaux. Patrick later attended Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 1986 to 1987, where they earned a Master of Advanced Studies in International Law. In 2017, Patrick completed the Business Management and Personal Leadership Executives Program at IMD. Patrick then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2019 to 2021, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, they completed a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online.
