Rogerio O. has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Rogerio is currently the Operations VP at Groupe SEB, starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Schneider Electric, including Vice President of Industrial Deployment and Supply Chain Strategy & Performance for South America, South America Industrial Vice President, and South America Vice President - Equipment (ETO) Industrial Cluster. Before joining Schneider Electric, Rogerio worked at WABCO, where they served as Regional Operations Director, Value Stream Leader / Business Unit Director, Suppliers Development Manager - The Americas, and Regional Quality Manager. Rogerio also has experience at Valeo as a Supplier Quality Assurance Leader and at WABCO as a Manufacturing Engineer & New Products Implementation Leader.

Rogerio O. has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. In 2000 to 2001, they completed a Post Graduation program in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, in 2018, they attended The Wharton School Leadership in the 21st Century program, and in 2016, they completed the Leadership Development Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Recently, in 2022, they participated in the Board Of Directors Certification Program at Fundação Dom Cabral. Rogerio also holds additional certifications such as Futures Literacy - Tomorrow One from Aerolito, Lead Assessor from Batalas Auditor Training Ltd, Professional Executive Coach Certification from SLAC Coaching - Sociedade Latino Americana de Coaching®, and Six Sigma Black Belt from Setec Consulting Group.
