Ahto Nirgi is currently the Head of Compliance for Group Functions at SEB, having previously held several compliance roles within the organization, including Head of Compliance for the Baltics and for the Life and Investment Management Divisions. Ahto's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Compliance at AS SEB Pank from 2009 to 2012 and as a Senior Associate at Raidla, Lejins & Norcous from 2004 to 2009, specializing in banking, finance, capital markets, M&A, private equity, and utilities. Ahto holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and another LL.M. in Law from the University of Tartu.
