Alesja Kircenko is an accomplished business services executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across the Baltic region. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of SEB Global Services in Riga, Alesja also holds the position of Chairperson for ABSL Latvia, the premier organization for the global business services sector in Eastern Europe. Earlier in their career, Alesja worked at DNB, where they held various leadership roles, including Head of Quality and Process Improvement and Head of Transactions Services. Alesja is pursuing an MBA in Economics at Latvijas Universitate.
