Anders Resar

Anders Resar is currently the Global Development Lead for HR Talent Management at SEB, where they drive strategic initiatives in the Talent Management area. Previously, Anders held various positions at SEB, including HR Business Partner, where they managed HR strategies for 700 employees, and First-line Manager at the SEB Contact Centre, overseeing a team of 15. Anders also gained experience as a Customer Service Officer at Trygg-Hansa and served in the Swedish Military within the Navy’s amphibious units. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Göteborgs universitet and a Diploma in Business from Queensland University of Technology.
