Anna Berglund is currently a legal counsel in corporate and investment banking at SEB, having started this role in 2024. They previously served as a senior associate at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå from 2017 to 2024, advising banks, financial institutions, industrial companies, and private equity houses on finance transactions. Anna also gained valuable experience as a legal secondee at Handelsbanken and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG during 2020 and 2022, respectively, and completed an internship at the Swedish Embassy in Canberra from 2016 to 2017. They hold a Master of Laws degree from Lund University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017, and participated in exchange studies at the University of Ottawa from 2015 to 2016.
