Carina Moss

Carina Moss is a senior advisor with over 20 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, including marketing research, driving schools, and insurance companies. For the past 13 years, Carina has focused on managing customer complaints, developing guidelines, and designing processes to enhance customer relations within the insurance sector. Carina established a customer complaint unit five years ago and has since created an impartial review function to oversee customer complaints and reporting to the Financial Supervisory Authority. Additionally, Carina has served as the chair of an industry-wide customer complaint forum since March 2013.
