Caroline Stille has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in business and change management as well as digital transformation. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Management for corporate and private customers in the Business & Retail Banking division at SEB, where they focus on the digital development of customer processes. Caroline previously held roles such as Business Controller and Internal Management Consultant at SEB, and they participated in the International Trainee Programme. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University and completed an exchange semester at Nottingham University Business School.
