Elin Åkerman is currently the Head of Strategy & Offering at SEB Corporate & Private Customers, where they lead a team of 25 members responsible for outlining customer strategies and value propositions for millions of private customers and small to medium-sized companies. Elin has held various roles within SEB, including Head of Pricing and Head of the CEO Office, where they supported the President & CEO and drove business planning processes. Prior to their tenure at SEB, Elin gained experience through internships at organizations such as UNFPA, Sida, and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Sweden. Elin holds a Master’s degree in International Business & Economics from Lund University and ESSEC Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Lund University.
