Erik Ödéhn

Erik Ödéhn is a seasoned professional in organizational development and psychology, currently serving as a Leadership, Learning & Organizational Development Partner at SEB since May 2021. Prior to this role, Erik worked as an Organizational Psychologist at Feelgood Svenska AB from April 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included facilitating organizational and employee health through various methods, such as analysis, strategy, change management, and coaching. Erik began the professional journey as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at WeMind Psykiatri from September 2011 to April 2016. Erik holds a Master's degree in Medical Science with a Major in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg, completed in 2010.
