Florian Holder

Florian Holder is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and banking law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at SEB since August 2021, Florian has previously held the position of Legal Counsel/Prokurist/Associate Director at NIBC Bank from September 2018 to July 2021. Prior to this, Florian worked as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance in the Corporate Department, focusing on restructuring and insolvency, and also completed project work in the tax department. Florian's earlier experience includes roles at Bingham McCutchen LLP and Hogan Lovells, as well as legal training as a Legal Trainee. Florian's educational background includes a Second State Exam from the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main, an LLM from Victoria University of Wellington, and a First State Exam from Justus Liebig University Giessen, complemented by an Erasmus programme at the University of Nottingham.
