Jessica Ryer is the Head of SEB Way and Transformation Project Management at SEB, where they lead initiatives that drive strategy, business innovation, and operational excellence. With a rich background in project management, business development, and change management, Jessica has effectively navigated complex challenges throughout their career. They previously held roles such as Product Manager for Eurocard at SEB Kort and Head of Infrastructure Systems at SEB. Jessica earned a degree in Leadership from The Wallenberg Institute in 2018.
