Johan Olofsson

Johan Olofsson is a seasoned professional in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as a Learning & Development Partner at SEB since March 2019. In this role, Johan facilitates management team development, conceptualizes leadership training programs, moderates a leader community, and hosts a self-development program for young professionals. Additionally, Johan runs a leader interview podcast and is responsible for stakeholder communication strategies and divisional learning initiatives. Since January 2018, Johan has also worked as a consultant for The Years To Come, focusing on growth strategies for organizations and future leaders. Previous experience includes performance consulting at If P&C Insurance, project management and learning advisory roles at Xtractor, and script production at Contento Svenska AB.
