Lars Nielsen

Lars Nielsen is an experienced Solution Architect and Lead Data Engineer at SEB since January 2021, focusing on building and maintaining Spring Boot applications on Openshift and developing Spark jobs in Scala within a Hadoop environment. Prior to SEB, Lars held several key positions at Kindred Group plc from June 2015 to January 2021, contributing to the planning and implementation of a cloud journey and working with the Hadoop ecosystem. Lars's career also includes roles as an ETL Developer at ICA and as a Senior DBA at Ericsson, showcasing expertise in data warehousing, performance tuning, and cloud-based solutions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics from Åbo Akademi University, along with ongoing studies at Uppsala University and Stockholm University.
