Linas Januševičius is currently the Head of the Baltic Mortgage IRB Model Project and has held various senior roles at SEB since joining in 2011. They previously served as the Head of Business Development and Head of Financial Institutions, among other positions, at SEB bankas from 2012 to 2016 and completed their education with an MSc in Economics, Banking from Vilniaus Universitetas. From 2017 to 2024, they have also been the Baltic Head of Retail Strategy and Customer Offering.
