Magnar Setekleiv

Magnar Setekleiv is currently the Chief Product Owner and Head of Project Office at SEB Oslofilialen, where they established and implemented a Project Office framework and coach project managers in agile methodologies. Previously, they served as an Advisor in Strategy & Business Development at SEB and held various customer service roles at SEB Kort, leading a team of 10-15 employees and achieving excellent results in leadership and project management. Magnar has a Master's degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Oslo and pursued additional education in Service Design at the Stockholm School of Economics. They also served as a Corporal in the Norwegian Armed Forces during a peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.
