Mara Muraska is an experienced team manager currently leading the Shared Platforms team at SEB. Starting their career at SEB in 2013 as a team member, Mara quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Specialist, then a Process Area Specialist, before taking on managerial roles in FX/MM and Settlements Sweden teams. In May 2020, they relocated to Sweden to become the Deployment and Decommissioning Manager, later transitioning to Scrum Master and eventually Chief Scrum Master. Since October 2024, Mara has continued to demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills in their managerial role within the IT department.
