Marcin Robak

Marcin Robak is an Engineering Manager currently working with Data Engineers across three Scrum Teams in the Financial Crime Prevention area at SEB. Previously, Marcin served as a Big Data Engineering Manager and Team Leader at The Stepstone Group Polska, where they managed multiple teams and contributed to product development using technologies like Kafka and Spark. With earlier roles as a Software Engineer at IGT Poland and Quicksoft, Marcin has extensive experience in software development, including ETL processes and client interactions. Marcin holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and a degree in Informatics from the Uniwersytet Warszawski.
