Pablo Riddell has extensive experience in the finance and banking sector, beginning with a role in Sales at Robert Half Finance & Accounting from 2003 to 2004, followed by FX Sales at ANZ Investment Bank from 2005 to 2007. Riddell advanced to SEB Merchant Banking, serving as Head of FX & Treasury in Hong Kong from 2011 to 2014, and later held multiple key positions at SEB, including Head of Business & Product Development and Chief Data & Digital Strategy Officer for Fixed Income, where responsibilities included modernizing trading technology and future-proofing the business. Since January 2025, Riddell has co-founded MaiMentor, focused on empowering underrepresented youth through AI and mentorship. Riddell holds a BCOM/BA degree in International Business, Economics, and Political Studies from the University of Auckland, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
