Per-Anders Cleve

Per-Anders Cleve is currently the Head of SEB Corporate Development & Strategy Execution, where they lead strategic project management and business advisory focused on market intelligence, particularly within the fintech and digital payments sectors. They have extensive experience in M&A evaluation, negotiating strategic partnerships, and board member responsibilities, having worked at SEB Group since 2000. Cleve's prior roles include industry and corporate analysis for SEB's largest clients and audit and transaction due diligence at Arthur Andersen & Co. They hold a Master of Law from Stockholm University and a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
