Petra Ålund

Petra Alund is the CHRO and Head of Group Human Resources at SEB, serving on the Group Executive Committee. They bring extensive experience in technology and human resources, having transitioned from a successful career as CTO to HR leadership, where they focus on building high-performing organizations. Petra has held various strategic positions, including CEO of Sandvik IT AB and IT Director at Scania, and has been involved in significant digital transformations across industries. Additionally, Petra is a board member at multiple organizations, including Addnode Group AB and Enento Group. They hold several executive training credentials, including from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
