Rasa Lapinskaite

Rasa Lapinskaite is an experienced manager in finance, human resources, sales, and operations, currently serving as the Head of Global Services in Vilnius and Riga at SEB. With a strong background in process optimization through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Rasa has held various roles, including Lean Operations at Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA and Finance and Human Resources Manager for the Baltic States at Eli Lilly. Rasa also contributed as a lecturer in Lean Six Sigma at the International School of Management and served on the Board of the BMI alumni association. Rasa holds a Master's degree from Vilniaus Universitetas and an MBA from the Baltic Management Institute.
