Rūta Danytė

Rūta Danytė is a seasoned professional in business development and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Business Developer for conversational AI and chat solutions at SEB since October 2015. With a strong background in project management, Rūta oversees the development and maintenance of AI systems across the Baltic countries while contributing to strategic initiatives. Previous roles at SEB included AI trainer and project manager, where responsibilities encompassed chatbot development, content creation, and vendor communication. Rūta also has extensive experience in customer support, having held positions as Customer Support Manager and Customer Support Specialist at SEB, and earlier roles in sales and consultancy. Rūta holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Sales from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas and a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Culture Management from Vilnius University of Applied Sciences. Additional training in coding was completed at CodeAcademy in early 2023.
