Sofie Rundin

Sofie Rundin is an experienced professional in the fields of project management, human resources, and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Scrum Master at SEB since August 2019. Sofie has successfully facilitated team development and implemented innovative retrospective methods. Previously, Sofie worked as a Project Manager at SEB, excelling in stakeholder management and cross-division collaboration. Other roles include Learning & Development Specialist, HR Generalist at Stiftelsen Kristofferskolan, Head of HR at byBrick Development, and various recruitment and advisory positions. Sofie holds an undergraduate degree in Human Resources from Stockholm University and has further studied Management, Leadership, and Psychology at National Taiwan University.
