Steffen Søeborg

Steffen Søeborg is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, specializing in M&A advisory work at leading Nordic investment banks. Steffen has managed and executed numerous investment banking projects, including mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, while advising both large-cap companies and private equity funds. Currently, Steffen serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Housing Denmark A/S and has held various leadership roles at SEB, including Managing Director in Corporate Finance. Steffen earned an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.
