Sebbot is a holding company that founds, acquires and develops businesses — with a long-term ownership perspective and an uncompromising focus on profitability, cash flow and value creation.

We are based in Bergslagen, Sweden. A region with a proud industrial heritage and, in our view, a powerful future. Our mission is to rebuild a strong Bergslagen through active, disciplined ownership that lasts across generations.

Our portfolio spans industrial manufacturing, steel service, property and health — businesses that create real value for real people in the region we call home.

We are not passive investors. We get involved, set high standards, allocate capital with conviction and hold ourselves accountable to results. Every decision is guided by a simple set of principles: return first, cash flow always, value every day.

We majority-own what we build. We invest where we can influence, control and develop. And we exit only when value is maximised or our role as owners no longer adds strategic relevance.

Sebbot is majority-owned by the Nilsson family — long-term stewards of capital with a generational perspective on what it means to build something lasting.

We are not chasing quick wins. We are building businesses strong enough to outlast their founders.

Sebbot – long-term holding company. Building Bergslagen for the next generation.
