John McGowan is currently the Head of R&D - Gastroenterology and Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Sebela Pharmaceuticals Inc. Previously, John held various clinical research positions at Braintree Laboratories and Averion, Inc. John holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from UMass Boston.
