Alê Mendes is an entrepreneur and strategist with expertise in Competitive Intelligence and a passion for driving innovation and social impact. Currently, they serve as the Creator and President of the "Roda de Brinquedo" project, the largest distribution initiative for new toys in Brazil during Christmas. Alê is also the Founder of Idealizei, a company dedicated to enhancing transformational processes through innovative projects. They have been a Master Facilitator for the EMPRETEC program under Sebrae/UN since 2014, contributing to the development of entrepreneurial characteristics in over 400,000 individuals across Brazil. Additionally, Alê has held the position of Strategic Marketing and Entrepreneurship Professor at UERJ from 2010 to 2019.
