Cesar Moura

Cesar Moura is currently the Secretário De Estado da Retomada for the Governo do Estado de Goiás, focusing on economic and social recovery. Since 2019, they have served as Presidente of CDE FCO, overseeing priority projects for investment in Goiás. Presently, they are also the Secretário Interino de Cultura and hold various leadership roles including Presidente of FUNDEQ and the Conselho do Trabalho Emprego e Renda. Previously, Cesar worked as an Economista at Poli Consultoria from 2001 to 2012 and held several governmental positions between 2019 and 2020. They earned degrees in Ciências Econômicas and Economics from UNIANA and Universidade Estadual de Goiás from 1993 to 1999.
