Gorazd Jank

Gorazd Jank has a diverse work experience in the field of security and IT. Gorazd currently works as a Security Consultant at SEC Consult Group since February 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at EY from April 2021 to February 2022. From November 2019 to April 2021, Gorazd served as an IT/OT Security Specialist at Limes Security. Gorazd also worked as a Project Manager and Senior Software Developer at WEMIT Services GmbH from February 2017 to July 2019.

Gorazd Jank has a solid educational background in the field of IT and security. Gorazd obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in IT-Security from FH Campus Wien | University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software & Information Engineering at Technische Universität Wien, spanning from 2011 to 2018.

In addition to their university education, Gorazd also pursued studies in Mechatronics/Robotics at Fachhochschule Technikum Wien in the academic year 2010-2011. Furthermore, they completed their Matura degree in Informationsmanagement & Informationstechnologie at HAK-TAK, Zweisprachige bundeshandelsakademie in Klagenfurt, between 2004 and 2009.

Gorazd Jank has also obtained various certifications in the field of IT security. Gorazd has been certified as an OffSec Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP) by OffSec in March 2022. Additionally, they hold a Certified Web Application Security Professional certification from Network Intelligence, obtained in April 2021. Furthermore, they achieved the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification from Offensive Security in September 2020.
