Simon Corbell

Simon Corbell serves as the Advisory Board Chair for The Energy and holds the position of Board Chair and Non-Executive Director at SEC Victoria and Painaustralia. From 2020 to 2024, Simon was the Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Clean Energy Investor Group. They also held various roles at Energy Estate as Chief Advisor and at The Australian National University as an Honorary Associate Professor in the ANU Energy Change Institute. Prior to these roles, Simon was the Deputy Chief Minister of ACT Government, where they managed key portfolios including Environment, Climate Change, and Health. Simon earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canberra between 1989 and 1993.
