Julia Sczech

Julia Sczech currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Brand at seca – precision for health, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Julia was the Head of Marketing Cluster Northern Europe at Alfa Laval from January 2024 to July 2025, leading a team across nine countries in areas such as brand positioning and customer experience. Julia's experience also includes serving as Head of Commercial Excellence Cluster Northern Europe and Head of Marketing Mid Europe at Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH, along with significant positions at Lufthansa Technik, VELOX, Dow, nextevolution GmbH, PwC, and Tom Tailor AG. Julia holds a degree in Business Administration from Universität Hamburg and has completed coursework at the University of Deusto.
