Christian Drapier

Christian DRAPIER is an experienced consultant and director with a strong background in improving communication and dialogue between social partners, currently serving at SECAFI since November 2005. Previously, Christian held the position of General Manager at sep-riep, where responsibilities included defining and managing industrial, commercial, and marketing strategies for a large-scale subcontracting entity across multiple sites in France. Christian's earlier career includes roles such as Methods and Maintenance Manager at Brandt Cooking and Project Manager at STECO Batteries. Educational achievements comprise a Masterclass in Advanced Negotiation from ADN Group, a certificate in mediation and conflict management from Ifomene-Dauphine, certification as a mediator in the workplace from the Institut Français de la Médiation, and an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers, alongside language studies at the Universidad de Salamanca.
