Philippe ROUZAUD

Philippe Rouzaud is a trained engineer with a decade of experience in industrial production and additional training in ergonomics. They have authored the book "Salariés le lean tisse sa toile et vous entoure..." and currently serve as the Director of Mission at Secafi, where they manage a portfolio of accounts primarily consisting of large industrial companies. Philippe has expertise in social dialogue, strategic analysis, negotiation support, industrial diagnostics, and organizational transformation. Their previous roles include responsibilities in production and occupational health across multiple organizations, including Emin Leydier and Arjo Wiggins Graphic. Philippe completed a DAET in Ergonomics at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
