James Elliott

James Elliott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Seccl, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ibex Core as a Director since 2013.

From 2019 to 2023, James held multiple roles at Delio, including DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and Senior Software Developer.

Before Delio, James worked at Team 8 Digital as a Senior Software Developer, Scrum Master, and Systems Administrator from 2018 to 2019. James was responsible for migrating clients' servers from Heart Internet to Google Cloud Platform and implementing an agile methodology.

James was also a Developer and Systems Administrator at TEAM TOURS DIRECT LTD from 2017 to 2018, where they redesigned and integrated CRM systems using Laravel, AngularJS, Redis, Pusher, and Google Cloud Platform.

James started their career as a Developer at Opinion Research Services from 2014 to 2017, working with Laravel, AngularJS, and ASP.

James also worked as a Software Engineer and Systems Administrator at Linked Finance Ltd from 2012 to 2014 and as a System Administrator and Developer at Celtic Promotions from 2010 to 2012.

James Elliott attended Porthcawl Comprehensive from 2001 to 2010, where they pursued A Levels in Computing, ICT, and Physics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure certification from Coursera in December 2018. James also completed the Introduction to Cyber Security course from FutureLearn in November 2018. In November 2020, they obtained the Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, James obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification in January 2020 and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification in October 2019, both from Amazon Web Services. Finally, they earned the Google Cloud Certified - Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google in December 2018.
