Tom Harris

Tom Harris is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Seccl and co-founder/advisor at Sustain3, both since September 2024. Tom co-founded Build Circle, specializing in software consultancy services for medium and large enterprises, while also fulfilling a lifelong dream by designing backend systems for a multiplayer game commissioned by the BBC. Formerly, Tom was Chief Technology Officer at ClearBank® and Head of Engineering at Clear. Bank, among other roles including Technical Advisor at Allica Bank and Technology Manager at JUST EAT, where leadership of cross-functional teams was a key focus. Tom holds a degree in Software Engineering with a specialization in games development from the University of Brighton and has amassed extensive experience in technology, architecture, and engineering throughout a diverse career in the software industry.
