Gary Southwell

Gary Southwell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2018, they became the GM & VP of ARIA Cybersecurity Solutions. Prior to that, they served as the GM & VP of the Security Products Division at CSPi starting in 2017. In 2015, they co-founded Seceon Networks, where they focused on product definition, company strategy, business development, funding, and operations. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Audinate as the VP of Product Management, responsible for managing current and future product programs and developing marketing and partnering strategies. Before that, they were the CTO at BTI Systems from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on enabling new services deployment and building intelligent distributed edge CDNs. Gary also served as the VP of Solutions Marketing and consultant at BTI Systems. At Juniper Networks, they led the IPTV Solutions division, making Juniper a recognized leader in the market. Additionally, they have held roles at New Venture Partners, Metro Ethernet Forum, Ciena, and Internet Photonics.

Gary Southwell attended Northeastern University from an undisclosed start year until 1985, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Engineering. Gary then pursued further education at the Boston College Carroll School of Management from 1988 to 1989, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree with a focus on Finance.
