Tom Ertel

Tom Ertel is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering, operations, and business development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the SVP of Technical Sales & Strategic Accounts at Seceon Inc. since August 2016, Tom focuses on onboarding new and maintaining existing strategic accounts. Previous roles include VP of Business Development at Seceon, VP of Sessions and Security R&D at Genband, and CEO of VLM Service. Tom's earlier career features significant engineering leadership positions at companies such as Ciena Corporation, Internet Photonics, Artel Video Systems, and Chipcom. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has completed Executive MBA courses at Stanford University.
