Joy Bare

Joy Bare has a diverse work experience, with a strong focus on program management and engineering roles. Joy is currently a Program Manager at Sechan Electronics, Inc., where they manage multiple programs and integrates various electrical components. Joy also aids in bid preparation, unifies engineering and manufacturing, and ensures on-time product delivery. Prior to this, Joy worked as a Program Manager at Gichner Shelter Systems, where they coordinated engineering, quality, procurement, and manufacturing to meet delivery deadlines. Joy was also a Mechanical Engineer and HVAC SME, responsible for designing Environmental Control Units and supporting vendor builds.

In addition to their program management roles, Joy has also worked as a Systems Engineer at Exelon Nuclear, where they owned the health of HVAC systems and ensured compliance with regulations.
