Lance Barrett

Lance Barrett has a diverse work history that spans multiple industries. Lance began their career as a First Sergeant in the United States Army, where they supervised maintenance operations for a Patriot Missile Battalion. Lance then transitioned to a role as a Program Manager for the 10th Special Forces Group, specializing in Advanced Urban Combat and Tactical Support. Barrett later served as an Operations Manager/Analyst for a Special Operations and Training Company, where they managed administrative matters and supported training and operational concepts. After leaving the military, they worked as a Logistic Analyst for TechWise, managing logistical processes and administrative matters for the 4th Infantry Division. Barrett then joined Jacobs Technology as a Senior Logistician, providing system engineering, quality assurance planning, and life cycle sustainment for Strategic Warning & Surveillance Systems. Lance received distinguished recognition on four separate occasions for their outstanding work in project oversight. Following their time at Jacobs Technology, Barrett worked at Oasis Systems as a Planning and Logistics Manager, performing project planning, resource planning, and life cycle sustainment for missile warning and ground-based radars. Currently, they are serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Sechan Electronics, Inc.

Lance Barrett attended DeVry University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management with a specialization in Project Management.
