Kai Haage

Kai Haage is a finance executive who serves as CFO and Managing Director at SECJUR, the leading compliance platform in the DACH region, a role held since 2024. They previously served as Head of Finance at SECJUR from 2023 to 2024. From 2019 to 2022, they built the controlling and accounting function at LPA, scaling the finance team from 3 to 15 FTE across 14 legal entities in 8 countries and supporting multiple international M&A transactions. Their earlier roles include Head of Finance at Verbund Pflegehilfe (2022–2023) and Credit Manager Corporate Clients at Sparkasse Zollernalb, where they handled credit control, syndicated loans, and treasury/controlling tasks. They hold a WHU MBA and completed International Study & Leadership Programs at Foreign Trade University and Tel Aviv University in 2023.
